SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: The Royal Mail delivery time quoted is not the dispatch time - I need to make your order up before it can be dispatched. See below:

As all pieces are handmade to order, orders can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched. I aim to dispatch all orders within 10 days, if not quicker. If you require them for a specific date, please contact me first to make sure I can deliver within your deadline. After the order confirmation is sent out, a dispatch estimate will be emailed.

All silver jewellery is sent out using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service, guaranteed before 1pm.  This does not include Saturdays.  Saturday delivery is available but at an extra cost.

will be sent out using Standard 1st Class post.

tlk will endeavour to send out to international addresses. Postage will be added accordingly.

All delivery is ex-factory, ie, I cannot be held responsible once the articles have left the studio, for example, in the event of a postal strike, post that is not guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays and post that is not delivered by it's guaranteed time. Royal Mail will refund any late deliveries as long as the correct postal address has been supplied.

GENERAL INFORMATION

•Prices include a plain box, with tlk branding and organza ribbon

  are sent out wrapped in tissue paper, inside a gift box

•All jewellery and findings are hallmarked as required by London Assay Office.

•All bullion, castings and findings used in tlk jewellery are sourced from reputable UK based Companies.

•Fimo® Polymer Clay is supplied by STAEDTLER.

•Every piece of jewellery I sell is either handmade or hand-finished by me.  Because of this, not every piece is exactly the same which adds to uniqueness of each product!

•The detailing is 18ct yellow gold and gold leaf. 

•All the pieces are available in 18ct gold (yellow or white) and platinum. Prices available on request.

I also welcome all commissions. Just contact me.....

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Paypal or BACS Transfer.  Work will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.

Payments must be made at the time of purchase.  If payment is not made at that point, I reserve the right to cancel the order.  If you need more time, please feel free to contact me.

SIZING

For sizing your , please wrap a piece of cord loosly around your child's wrist or neck for the length needed - please remember to leave enough space for the beads!  Do not hesitate to contact me should you need any further information.

If you do not know your ring size, it can be measured by a jeweller using standard British measurements.  Most jewellers are happy to do this free of charge.

Alternatively, please email me and I will send you a free ring sizer to establish the correct size.

If you are used to wearing rings, you may have noticed that your finger size can change dependent on how hot or cold you are. It’s therefore best to take the measurment when your hands are at neither extreme.  When hands are hot, knuckles will swell and rings can take more effort to remove, and the opposite when fingers are cold.  Even if your hands are hot when you are measured, once it’s over the knuckle, a ring should not feel tight.  It should also not be so loose that slips off when hands are cold or wet.

Where a re-size is necessary, I am happy to do the work free of charge but will need to charge for the postage.Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information on getting your sizing correct. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days, as of the invoice date, along with proof of purchase.  The items must be complete, unworn and still in their original packaging. 

TLK reserves the right to inspect the returned jewellery before issuing a refund or credit note.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned pierced earrings.

Please use the Special Delivery service to return your product as we cannot be responsible if the product is lost in the post.

Due to the personalised nature of the  range, we are unable to offer a refund unless the product is faulty.

REPAIRS

On the rare occasion that pieces made by tlk require repair, Tanya will return the repaired jewellery as quickly as possibly. After receiving the jewellery she will contact you with a quote for the work required.  If it is due to bad workmanship on Tanya’s part then there will be no charge but if it is due to any circumstances beyond tlk’s control, there may be a minimal charge.

Tlk is happy to take on any other jewellery repairs, for example, re-stringing of beads and pearls, re-placing and re-setting stones, ring re-sizing, adding charms onto bracelets and jewellery cleaning.  Minimum charge for any work under taken is £5.00 plus postage.  Please contact for quotes and any further information.

jewellery is designed as an aid for parents and should be viewed as an accessory only. It is not a toy. It contains small parts which could be swallowed or inhaled and cause choking. It is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.  Please retain this information for reference
