• As all pieces are hand-made to order, orders can take up to 3 weeks. An order confirmation will be sent with delivery estimate included.
  

• Once purchased, all jewellery is subject to a 14 day returns policy by tlk as of the invoice date
  
  
• If the jewellery is returned within 14 days a credit note or full refund will be offered. Tlk will accept returned jewellery for the following reasons:
  The jewellery does not fit and a new item is not required.
  The customer does not like the piece.
  
  Tlk reserves the right to inspect all returned jewellery and credit will not be offered if any of the following apply:
  The jewellery has been worn, is marked, scratched or damaged in any way.


• In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives damaged please contact Tanya immediately. See repairs.
  
  
• All jewellery is available in gold and platinum. Please contact for quotes.
  
  
• Orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed for next day delivery. An email detailing despatch date and tracking information will be sent.
  Royal Mail will refund any late deliveries as long as the correct postal address has been supplied.
  
  
• tlk will endeavour to send out to international addresses. Postage will be added accordingly.
  
  
• All delivery is ex-factory, ie, I cannot be held responsible once the articles have left the studio, for example, in the event of a postal strike or post that is not guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays.
  
  
• Prices include a presentation box and ribbon.
  
  
• Payment is accepted by cheque, paypal, BACS transfer, google checkout or on collection.
  Work will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.

• SIZING
  If I cannot personally take your ring or bangle size, then I recommend that you visit a local jeweller, who will beable to measure your wrist or fingers for you. When getting your ring size, if possible, try to get a narrow and wide ring measurement.
